The core staff team have been at Blossom Fields for many years, enabling them not only to build wonderful relationships with our residents, but also with the wider local village and healthcare community in and around Winterbourne. Supported by continuous training, all of the staff team are committed to respecting residents’ dignity, privacy and individuality at all times, enabling them to provide truly outstanding person-centred care.
Purpose-built in 2011 for the delivery of unparalleled standards of nursing, dementia and end-of-life care, Blossom Fields offers exceptional comfort and care in a luxurious, contemporary setting. Arranged across three floors, there are 43 bright, spacious bedrooms, many with tranquil views across open countryside. Minutes from the M4, the home is conveniently located in the charming village of Winterbourne.

Support you may be entitled to
When you choose a care home in England, you may be eligible for NHS Funded Nursing Care (FNC), which helps cover the cost of nursing. This is currently worth £267.68 per week and is usually paid directly to the care home.

From day one, we’ll create a personalised care plan, you can visit as and when you wish, and you’re encouraged to bring personal items, pictures, and furniture to help make your loved one’s room truly their own.
Each resident’s personalised care plan is regularly reviewed by our expert care teams. Whether to respond to changing needs or simply make them feel happier and more comfortable, we’ll proactively adapt plans as necessary.
Families are absolutely welcome to visit at any time, and be a full and active part of an Allegra Care community. We’d simply suggest considering when staff’s busiest times are likely to be and, if possible, to give some advance warning of very early visits or planned outings.
