First opening in 2020, Rose Garden has been purpose-built for the delivery of exceptional residential and dementia care for the elderly. The home is located in Patchway, South Gloucestershire, just to the north of Bristol, and offers 40 luxurious bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms.
Rose Garden benefits from the very latest thinking in care home design. An open-plan approach to communal areas minimises corners and blind spots, giving care staff excellent sight lines. Large lounges open into dining areas, with a bright, open sense of space that’s also homely and welcoming, thanks to beautiful interior design and furnishing. Mindful of residents’ vulnerability to falls, there’s discreet CCTV in communal zones and hallways, so staff are able to keep a watchful eye, whilst infra-red security sensors in all bedrooms provide instant alerts in the event of incidents.

Paul has joined Allegra Care with 28 years’ experience in the health and social care sector including working in senior leadership roles for the last 18 years; covering operations, business management and quality assurance. Paul has a real passion for person centred care and how that is delivered at the highest level.
Paul has worked across a diverse sector over his time in health and social care and brings a wealth of experience to his new role as Regional Manager. Paul believes in integrating real and meaningful values and culture into a service and in doing so, delivering the outcomes for the people we support. Paul goes by the theory of values with no meaning, have no value.
Outside of work, Paul is the father of three boys and a 2nd degree black belt who teaches Judo.

As the Registered Manager for Rose Garden and Olive Tree House near Bristol, Vlad brings a wealth of experience and dedication to caring for the elderly. With a background as a nurse and extensive experience in management, his knowledgeable approach and expertise are invaluable, both to residents and his colleagues. Vlad is highly focused on meeting residents’ needs and supporting them fully to ensure the best possible outcomes and the highest quality of life.
With a commitment to fostering a positive and joyful environment, he is also known for his sense of humour and his ability to make everyone laugh with his jokes!
Vlad’s vision as a manager is to create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere where residents feel valued, safe, and happy, while continuously reviewing and improving the quality of care provided.

With a nursing career spanning 44 years Rose Garden are fortunate to have such an experienced Deputy Manager with Leonie. Leonie began her career in Australia as a hospital trained nurse, then going onto university and completing a Bachelor of Nursing when the nursing degree was introduced in the 1990s. Leonie has worked in elderly care since the early 2000s initially as a clinical nurse and then moving onto management roles.
When Leonie moved to the UK in 2022 she wanted to continue working with older people and is greatly enjoying working in the care sector here in the UK. Leonie started as the Clinical Manager for both Olive Tree House and Rose Garden before progressing to Deputy Manager of Rose Garden.
Leonie’s move to the UK was to be with her two daughters and five grandchildren and she is loving spending time with her family and being here to watch her grandchildren grow up.
