Dad could be difficult sometimes due to his illness, but they looked after him and us right to the end with dignity, respect and kindness. I can't thank them enough or wish for him to have been cared for by anyone else.
The care staff and deputy manager welcomed us in and made sure that Mum had everything she needed. They listened and acted on any small detail that was requested.

I have found the care, nursing and management staff to be very professional and compassionate. My mother eventually settled in and any little issues were quickly addressed. There seems to be a good staff-to-resident ratio and I feel that Mum is safe in the care of Olive Tree. There are activities most days and Mum has made some friends which is good.
