Nadiyah is a dedicated Registered Nurse, with a degree from Birmingham City University (2015). She began her nursing career in 2016 at Cherry Blossom Care Home, where she’s grown professionally within Allegra Care’s resident-centred and compassionate environment. Nadiyah’s journey culminated in her promotion to Clinical Services Manager in late 2022—a role that allows her to foster collaboration between staff and management, ensuring her team feels supported, motivated, and skilled.
In her role, Nadiyah enjoys balancing clinical practice with leadership, guiding her team toward best practices and promoting high-quality care for residents. She is committed to facilitating her team’s development, creating opportunities for them to advance their skills and careers within Allegra Care’s innovative household model.
Outside work, Nadiyah is a people person who treasures time with family, friends, and good food. Her personal values of connection and positivity shape her approach to creating a welcoming, homelike atmosphere for both residents and staff.
