Blossom Fields Supports Local Charity Paul’s Place with Christmas Fundraiser

Blossom Fields in Bristol was proud to support Paul’s Place, a local charity that enhances the lives of physically disabled adults, by raising funds through the home’s Christmas tombola. Home Manager Maggie recently visited the centre to present a donation of £70 raised by residents, staff, and visitors during the festive season.

A Warm Welcome and a Personal Connection

During her visit, Maggie received a lovely welcome from everyone at Paul’s Place, including the staff, volunteers, and centre attendees. Blossom Fields resident Peter, who regularly takes part in activities at Paul’s Place, was delighted to see the home supporting a charity that means so much to him.

Peter was in the middle of an art therapy session focused on free expression when Maggie arrived—a perfect moment that highlighted the charity’s creative and empowering approach to supporting independence and wellbeing.

Looking Ahead: A New Hub for 2025

Paul’s Place is entering an exciting new chapter in 2025 with the planned opening of a new hub for physically disabled adults in Yate. A capital appeal is currently underway to help fund this important project, which aims to expand access to inclusive support and activities by the summer.

Blossom Fields is proud to play a small part in supporting this vital local charity and looks forward to continuing the connection.
