This week the Head Chef, Richard from St Georges Nursing Home near Weston-super-Mare has been working with the kitchen team at Olive Tree House sharing some new ideas and today he demonstrated cocktail making and home-made smoked salmon canapes.
The mojitos and no-mojitos went down a treat! There were also beers and pork scratchings on offer as well as a delicious fruit platter. There was plenty of conversation, good company, drinking and eating!
