End of an Era
It was the end of an era as the Allegra Care team came together for Amanda's retirement.
Amanda's career in care began over 40 years ago and she has supported hundreds of residents during that time as well as mentoring team members to advance their own career in care. Amanda was manager of Olive Tree House when the home opened 9 years ago, going on to also manage Rose Garden when it opened, after 8 years as home manager, Amanda has spent the past year as Regional Manager for the Western Region of Allegra Care.
Video Tribute
Allegra Care's central team alongside the home managers and deputies from the homes Amanda worked with came together to wish Amanda well. There were heart-felt emotional speeches followed by some fun with an Abba themed tribute video dedicated to Amanda.
Olive Tree House and Rose Garden's residents created art work to present to Amanda.
Everyone at Allegra Care wishes Amanda a well deserved long and happy retirement.
