Santa's on a Bike in Winterbourne
What a morning it was for the residents of Blossom Fields and The Grove watching Santa's on a Bike depart from local school Winterbourne Academy!
Everyone was in good spirits donning their Santa hats ready for the walk down to the school. Volunteers at the school served hot drinks and mince pies which warmed everyone up while waiting for the parade of bikes to depart. There were hundreds of bikes and the sound of engines roaring and hooting made everyone smile as did the fabulously decorated bikes and costumes!
Every day is certainly different for the Winterbourne residents!
Raising Funds for Local Hospice
The bikes routed through Bristol with their journeys end the Children's Hospice South West at Charlton Farm. This event raises thousands each year for the hospice, thank you to all the bikers for supporting this vital charity and bringing festive joy to Bristol.
