Spring Concert at Winterbourne School

Spring Concert

Residents from Blossom Fields and The Grove Enjoy Spring Concert at St Michael’s School

Blossom Fields and The Grove care homes in Bristol were delighted to attend a charming spring concert at St Michael’s CEVC Primary School in Winterbourne. Residents who made the short trip were treated to a delightful performance from the school’s choir, bringing smiles and a lovely sense of seasonal cheer.

Music and Meaningful Moments

The children sang beautifully, filling the room with uplifting songs that resonated with residents and staff alike. The opportunity to connect with the younger generation and enjoy live music in a school setting made the visit especially meaningful.

Following the concert, the children presented hand-made daffodils to each of the residents and team members who attended. This thoughtful gesture was truly touching and made a lasting impression on everyone involved.

Strengthening Community Connections

At Blossom Fields and The Grove, meaningful community connections and intergenerational activities play a key role in daily life. Visits like this help foster joy, memory sharing, and a wonderful sense of togetherness between generations.

We’d like to thank St Michael’s CEVC Primary School for their kind invitation and wish all the children and teachers a happy and restful Easter break.
