On St David’s Day a fun morning was had by all, as staff and residents celebrated Fairmile’s proud Welsh residents and were entertained by the lovely Alison as a daffodil and Andrea as a leek!
Everyone sang the Welsh National Anthem and enjoyed singing along to the Welsh icons Shirley Bassey and Tom Jones
John, a true Welshman through and through did extremely well in the 'Everything Welsh' quiz and requested some of his favourite Welsh songs sung by Bryn Terfel.
To finish a wonderful day everyone got to taste some Bara Brith made by Fairmile’s talented Chef - which was delicious
