"Mum was very poorly when she arrived at Fairmile. It was a very difficult time for the family. Mum has been cared for so well and her capacity has improved so much that I am amazed. Mum is treated with respect and the nursing staff and the wellbeing ladies regularly go out of their way to take Mum out
on trips. Her appetite has returned, but when it was poor, one lovely staff member, in particular, shared her takeaway in order to get Mum eating. 10/10. "
