Patchway's Mayor Easter Egg Appeal

Patchway's Mayor Easter Egg Appeal

Rose Garden and Olive Tree House in Bristol were proud to support this year’s Patchway Mayor’s Easter Egg Appeal, a heartwarming community initiative aimed at spreading joy to local children during the Easter season. Both homes served as collection points, helping to ensure every child at the two Patchway primary schools received a chocolate treat.

Delivering Easter Cheer

Thanks to the generosity of local residents, families, and staff, a fantastic number of Easter eggs were collected. Liz and Catherine from the homes, along with resident Joyce, took the donations to Patchway Town Council, where they were warmly received. It was a pleasure to see so many eggs ready for distribution—a true reflection of the community spirit in Patchway.

A Gift for Every Child

The Mayor of Patchway, Councillor Dayley Lawrence, personally delivered Easter eggs to all 660 pupils at the local primary schools, as well as to children in pre-schools and other local groups. Rose Garden and Olive Tree House were delighted to be part of such a meaningful effort and are grateful to everyone who contributed to making it a success.
