Congratulations to Lakshmi the Olive Tree House Employee of the Year. Lakshmi is a dedicated and hard-working member of the team who is committed to enhancing all aspects of the lives of residents. Lakshmi works effectively with the management team continually reviewing processes and putting best practice in place. Lakshmi is warm, friendly, and approachable, brightening the day of those she cares for and works with. A very well-deserved award.
Congratulations to Claire the Rose Garden Employee of the Year. Claire is a very experienced registered nurse, and the home is fortunate to have her clinical knowledge, particularly her expertise in elderly care. Claire's dedication goes beyond her role as a clinician; she is passionate about the overall well-being of the residents adopting an holistic approach to care. Claire mentors and develops the teams she works with, imparting her knowledge particularly in dementia care. The Rose Garden team are delighted Claire has received this accolade.
