In January, we were proud to celebrate not one but two Employees of the Month at Fairmile Grange.
First, a big congratulations to Jamie, our Head of Maintenance, whose hard work and dedication never go unnoticed. Jamie keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and is always ready to help wherever needed.
We also want to recognise Yemi, one of our wonderful Care Companions. Yemi was voted Employee of the Month for her compassionate and caring nature. She consistently goes the extra mile to support our residents, showing kindness, patience and genuine warmth every single day.
Well done to you both. Thank you for everything you do for our residents and the team.
