First, a huge congratulations to Jamie, our Head of Maintenance. Jamie’s hard work and tireless dedication often take place behind the scenes, but they never go unnoticed. Whether he is ensuring the home is in top condition or stepping in to help the wider team at a moment's notice, Jamie keeps everything running smoothly with a "can-do" attitude that we all appreciate.
Compassion in Action
We are also delighted to recognise Yemi, one of our wonderful Care Companions. Yemi was voted Employee of the Month by her colleagues and the community for her deeply compassionate and caring nature. Every day, she shows incredible kindness, patience, and genuine warmth toward our residents. By consistently going the extra mile, Yemi ensures that every person she cares for feels valued and supported.
